At the 2010 Miss Universe pageant held on 23 August 2010, Jesinta Franklin competed against delegates from across the globe and finished as the 2nd Runner-Up behind winner Ximena Navarrete of Mexico and first runner-up Yendi Phillipps of Jamaica. Jesinta Franklin was also named Miss Congeniality at that pageant, a title voted by her fellow competitors in recognition of her warmth and character.

Life Beyond the Spotlight
Jesinta Franklin is married to Lance Franklin, one of the most celebrated Australian rules footballers of his generation. Lance Franklin played for the Hawthorn Hawks and the Sydney Swans in the AFL, and the couple married in a private ceremony in November 2016, surrounded by close friends and family.
Jesinta Franklin and Lance Franklin welcomed their daughter Tullulah in February 2020. Their son Rocky followed in March 2021. On 24 December 2025, Jesinta Franklin and Lance Franklin welcomed a second baby boy into the family, completing a chapter of life that Jesinta Franklin describes with the same openness and warmth that defines everything she does.
Away from public commitments, Jesinta Franklin is a devoted mother whose values around family, wellness, and authenticity continue to shape her work and her voice.
